KOGI State Deputy Speaker send condolence message over the Demise Of Justice Tom S. Yakubu

The Deputy Speaker of Kogi State House of Assembly, RT. HON. Ahmed Mohammed on behalf of the people of Ankpa I constituency, extended his heartfelt condolences to the family of late Honourable Justice Tom Shuaibu Yakubu whose passed away. Until his death, Justice Tom Shuaibu Yakubu, was a judge at the Lagos Division of the Court of Appeal. In his condolence message, the Deputy Speaker said: “I am saddened by the news of the death of one of our own, Honourable Justice Tom Yakubu of the Lagos Division of the Court of Appeal. Justice Yakubu will be missed by his family, the people of Enjema District, and KOGI State. “I pray that the almighty God gives us the strength to bear this loss. May the gentle soul of the learned Justice rest in perfect peace in the bosom of the Almighty.”

KOGI State Deputy Speaker condoles with Governor Yahaya Bello over sister's death

The Deputy Speaker of Kogi State House of Assembly and member representing Ankpa I constituency, RT. HON. Ahmed Mohammed has condoled with the Executive Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency Alh. Yahaya Adoza Bello and his family over the death of his elder sister, Late Hajia Rabiat Bello. In a statement issued in Lokoja on Tuesday evening, the Ankpa 1 legislator said the loss of a loved one is always an unfathomable tragedy. In his words; "We understand the pain and grief of losing a loved one, and we pray that God grants his Excellency and the entire family of the bereaved the strength and fortitude to bear this irreparable loss. On behalf of the people of Ankpa I constituency, I also wish the immediate family of the deceased God’s succour in their moment of darkness.

Disregard rumor of a plot to impeach the Speaker, Kogi State House of Assembly.

Ahmed Mohammed has debunked speculations making the round by some disgruntled elements, blackmailers who are bent on instigating crisis, of an alleged plot to impeach the Speaker of Kogi State House of Assembly, RT. HON. Mathew Kolawole. The legislator who describes the news being sponsored and peddled on social media as a shock, said there have never been anything like that. His words; “The social media on Wednesday 18th December, 2019 has been inundated with unsigned fake news story containing essentially rumours of a purported impeachment plot against the Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly.
