There was a mammoth crowd on Saturday 15th Sept 2018 as the lawmaker representing Ankpa I State Constituency in the Kogi State House of Assembly declares his intention to Re-contest the seat of Ankpa I State Constituency in the forthcoming general election. The declaration which took place at the APC secretariat Ankpa LGA, has in attendance political heavyweights from within and outside Ankpa LGA, the Chief of Staff to the governor Alhaji Yahaya Bello, leaders and stakeholders, youth groups and women. Hon. Ahmed Ahmed explained the rationale behind his decision to run for the second term as member representing Ankpa I constituency as in the interest of the people he currently represent, adding that he had made all necessary consultations.
