ANKPA: HONORABLE AHMED MOHAMMED WRAP UP 2017 IN STYLE: VISIT INMATES IN PRISONS, REDEEM PLEDGES TO NSCDC, NIMOTA, FLAGGED-OFF WATER PROJECT FOR TWO COMMUNITIES. Yesterday 31st December 2017 was a very busy day for the Member representing Ankpa 1 State Constituency and the Deputy Majority Leader of the Kogi State House of Assembly, Honorable Ahmed Mohammed and his team as they toured round ANKPA District. He started by receiving the Nigerian Motorcycle Transport Association NIMOTA Abache-Ankpa, and donated a motorcycle to them. This was part of the request made by the union two months ago (November 2017). 12:00 PM Hon. Ahmed Ahmed also paid a visit to inmates in the Nigerian Prisons Service Ankpa LGA. ANKPA: HONORABLE AHMED AHMED VISIT PRISONS, DONATE FOOD ITEMS TO INMATES. The Member representing Ankpa 1 State Constituency and the Deputy Majority Leader of the Kogi State House of Assembly, Honorable Ahmed Mohammed paid a visit to inmates in the Nigerian Prisons Service Ankpa LGA. He was accompanied by Alhaji Ibrahim Linco Ocheje, Hon. ANKPA: HONORABLE AHMED MOHAMMED KICK-OFF SOCCER COMPETITION IN STYLE. Ankpa Township Stadium was filled with life and exuded with so much energy and merriments as Sport enthusiast, leaders, youths all came out in their large numbers to witness the kickoff of Ahmed Mohammed Soccer competition / Talent Hunt on Sunday 24th December, 2017. The event started with presentation of football kits to all the thirty two teams by team of professionals, and political leaders. Honorable Ahmed Mohammed in his opening remarks said the aim of organizing this historic tournament is to brings together youths from various communities and encourage them through sporting activities. It is also an avenue to create a forum for friendship and relationship among neighbouring communities. Ankpa: Ahmed Ahmed to Kickoff grassroot soccer competition. The honorable member representing Ankpa 1 state constituency and Deputy majority leader, Kogi State House of Assembly, Honorable Ahmed Mohammed would on Sunday, 24th December 2017 kickoff grassroot soccer competition / Football talent hunt. The competition which would be coordinated by team of professionals and the sports department, Ankpa LGA features thirty two teams from different communities in Ankpa LGA. Speaking with Alhaji Dauda Linco, who is also member of the organizing committee, he said this tournament would bring out talents and boost the football career of the participants who could generate income through soccer in future. The grace of youthfulness is not eternal but vanishes with respect to time and so the earlier we realize and make the right choice the better it will be.
