Former Kogi State Deputy Speaker congratulates Ebonyi Governor Elect.

Former Deputy Speaker of Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Honorable Ahmed Mohammed has congratulated the Speaker of Ebonyi State House of Assembly, Mr Francis Nwifuru on his electoral victory as Governor Elect of Ebonyi State.

Mr Nwifuru of APC garnered a total of 199,131 votes cast across the 13 local governments in the state.

Describing his victory as a well deserved one, he said Rt. Hon. Francis Nwifuru is one politician who is known for his hardwork, determination, tenacity, steadfastness and consistent courage, which has brought him this far in his political journey.

The Kogi state lawmaker in his words: "I congratulate you on your Electoral victory as Governor Elect of Ebonyi State. Your victory is a victory for all irrespective of political affiliation as it shows that the hand of the Almighty God is truly with you. Your emergence is a major pointer that politics today is tilting towards meritocracy".

"I am confident that once you take over the affairs of the state, you will hit the ground running as you face this daunting task. The task ahead is enormous but the fact that you have goodwill from across board should make the task a bit easy for you and we hope that you will use this goodwill to make your people and state proud of you.

Residents of Ubelle/Allor Community Commend Kogi Deputy Speaker for Grading/Opening Abandoned road.

The Deputy Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly, who is also a member representing Ankpa 1 state constituency, Rt. Hon. Ahmed Mohammed has received commendations, prayers and words of encouragement from the people of Ubelle and Allor community, as equipments arrived and have started opening and grading of the major rural road. The road which passes from Ubelle to Allor has long been abandoned and not accessible.
