Former Kogi State Legislators Endorse Muritala Yakubu Ajaka for Governor, Promising a New Era of Hope and Progress

In a landmark event that has sent shock waves throughout Kogi State yesterday, former members of the State House of Assembly have come together in full support of Hon. Muritala Yakubu Ajaka, candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP). The committee of former Assembly members from across the three senatorial districts of the state have thrown their weight behind Ajaka, who has been described as the right man to salvage the state from the maladministration and misrule of the current regime.
Speaking at an event to adopt Hon. Ajaka, Hon. Simon Atadoga decried the sad state of affairs in Kogi, noting that Governor Yahaya Bello's regime is one of sorrow, pain, hunger, and starvation. He lauded the courage and resolve of Hon. Ajaka, who he described as the David of Kogi politics. Hon. Atadoga went on to explain that Ajaka's Movement is an idea whose time has come and is leading to Luggard House. 
The Former House of Assembly members while endorsing his candidacy resolve to take the campaign to their various constituents across the state to ensure a landslide victory. They believe that Ajaka has the capacity, tenacity, and courage to reposition the state to its envious pride of place among the comity of other states in the Federation. 
The people of Kogi State have welcomed Hon. Ajaka's candidacy with open arms, and the Former House of Assembly members are confident that come the elections on 11th November 2023, he will be victorious. Hon. Ajaka has been urged to remain dogged in his quest for the betterment of Kogi State. 
The people of Kogi State are eagerly anticipating a new era of pro-people administration and government led by Hon. Ajaka. The Former House of Assembly members are proud to stand with him and believe that his victory will be the victory of the people of Kogi State.
