Presentation of a Sienna Bus to Kogi State Council of Ulama'u Ankpa LGA chapter by Rt. Hon. Ahmed Mohammed

The Deputy Speaker Kogi State House of Assembly earlier today donate a brand new Sienna Bus to Kogi State Council of Ulama'u Ankpa local Government chapter.

The presentation was done in the presence of the Chief Imam Ankpa and Chairman council of Ulama'u, Sheikh Salman Adam, the Vice Chairman of the council Sheikh Idris Jibrin, The Imam of Angwa Ede Alh. Yusuf HARUNA, Dr. Mohammed Sani Haroun, Sheikh Tenimu Momoh, Sheikh Muhammad Yusuf Ojoku, and other respected Islamic Scholars present.

The Deputy Speaker said the vehicle is to enable them spread the gospel of Islam to neighboring communities and outside Kogi State. He urged them as spiritual father's of the land to always pray for the peace and unity of Ankpa LGA and Kogi State.

The Administrator of Ankpa local Government Hon. Chief John Aduga, Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources Hon. Sanusi Usman, All Progressive Congress - APC Ankpa LGA Chairman Alhaji Abdullahi Zekeri, SSA on Youth Empowerment Hon. Abdulsalam Yahaya, Kogi State APC Women Leader Hajiya Rabi Haruna and party stalwarts were all present and express their joy, describing the State Legislator as a rare Gem and a blessing to kogi state at large.

Residents of Ubelle/Allor Community Commend Kogi Deputy Speaker for Grading/Opening Abandoned road.

The Deputy Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly, who is also a member representing Ankpa 1 state constituency, Rt. Hon. Ahmed Mohammed has received commendations, prayers and words of encouragement from the people of Ubelle and Allor community, as equipments arrived and have started opening and grading of the major rural road. The road which passes from Ubelle to Allor has long been abandoned and not accessible. While visiting the communities that were badly affected by constant rainfall and erosion, the legislator assures the community that measures will be taken to ensure that, the major access road that link Ubelle to Allor which was long abandoned shall be open to make movement of their goods and other economic activities easier.
