A REJOINDER TO MR. AUSTIN ANIBE OTENE ARTICLE TITLED "ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT CAPT. IDRIS WADA - THE CREED"

Dear Mr. Austin Anibe Otene, I read your article with the above caption and was compelled to write a rejoinder because of the inaccuracies it conveyed. Your article only succeeded in exposing your ignorance of the activities of Rt. Hon. Ahmed Mohammed, the Deputy Speaker of Kogi State House of Assembly & Member representing Ankpa 1 constituency while he was in the PDP, the trials, betrayals, and gangups, and what made him take one of the best political decision in his life as a young, determined, focus, and successful politician he is becoming today.

Though, not surprising, because you have just gotten a job to manage the image of a candidate who was completely disconnected with events, policies and activities while serving our dear state - a more reason that led to his failure.
Number twelve (12) of your imaginary points stated thus; "Capt. Idris Wada today is being betrayed, maligned and blackmailed by people he was loyal to, those he single - handedly brought into limelight of Kogi politics and one of those kind enjoys a comfortable place in the KGHA as a number 2 man, yet he recruited gullible young men to throw shades on Capt. Idris Wada". To put the record straight, Capt Idris Wada was NEVER in anyway instrumental to the success of Rt. Hon. Ahmed Mohammed political journey. We shall clarify you and challenge you to come up with facts, if at all you have any.
Rt. Hon. Ahmed Mohammed in 2015, obtained his party nomination form for HOA, just like every other candidates, went to the poll and defeated the incumbent Hon. Hajiya Habibat Deen. Capt. Idris Wada was NEVER part of his victory; rather, he supported the incumbent house of Assembly member. Rt. Hon. Ahmed Mohammed worked for his victory. He was fully in touch with the people, the delegates and he sponsored all the processes with his hard earned money. This, I challenge you to verify, because it is very clear you were completely disconnected politically and have no clue or is it due to some deliberate intellectual mischief

Also, he was left alone and his capacity undermined. When he lost his election to the APC candidate, Hon. Abdulmumini Ibrahim, he funded all the process of his cases in court. (We have all documents and shall upload them where necessary). Rather than, as the leader of the party to supporting his candidates to emerge victorious, your principal (Wada) failed to manage and support his party men, what Rt. Hon. Ahmed got was Gangups, betrayals, & disappointments. But with the support of the living God and the huge love, prayers and encouragement from his people, he emerged victorious.

Lest I forget, when the election was nullified, and INEC ordered fresh election barring the APC from contesting, please, kindly ask your new principal who, as the leader of PDP how much did he supported financially to run an election? Four hundred and Fifty thousand Naira (#450,000:00). Thank God for a man who, never met the Rt. Hon. Ahmed Mohammed for once, but decided to fully fund that reelection - His Excellency Alh. Yahaya Adoza Bello. His huge financial support was a morale booster and led to the victory
After the rerun election, He (Rt. Hon. Ahmed Mohammed) still passes through the entire rigorous legal tussle, where was Wada and PDP? How did they support the member who won an election under their party? Could he even support an election of a member from his own constituency? I need to put the record straight point by point because it is obvious you are writing on things you don't know.
So tell me, how did Wada brought him to limelight? How? A man that couldn't fight even his own battle?

Rt. Hon. Ahmed is someone who has been actively involved in politics and has developed extensive network due to hard work, determination, and loved by his people for his humanitarian gestures and selfless services. His brand of politics is one that embraces friends and foes alike.
If a platform or political alliance loses focus, is collapsing or no longer viable, it is unwise to wait for the roof to collapse on ones head. Rt. Hon. Ahmed Mohammed moved from the PDP to the APC when it was obvious he was being frustrated internally and there is nothing wrong with such moves.

Finally, if you think my points are not correct or I am being dishonest, I think we have no other option than to challenge you to come up your facts. It is dangerous to be writing stupid stories to market a failed candidate and be misleading people. It is not helping the situation but I am not surprise, "Birds of the same feathers, flock together". We never knew all your Emergency advocacies" masses interest, climate change activist and promoter of Igala Agenda were all for Capt. Wada. We wouldn't blame you sha, man must survive.
