Kogi State Deputy Speaker mourns the demise of the State Chief Judge, Hon. Justice Nasir Ajanah


The Deputy Speaker of Kogi State House of Assembly and member representing Ankpa 1 state constituency, Rt. Hon. Ahmed Mohammed condoles with the families of Late Hon. Justice Nasir Ajanah who died on Sunday June 28th 2020 after a brief illness.

The late Hon. Justice Nasir Ajanah who is the Kogi State Chief Judge is a native of Okehi local government council of Kogi State.

The Deputy Speaker describes the late legal luminary as an outstanding legal practitioner and an extremely strong voice in national affairs who carried itself with remarkable distinction, and the society will forever acknowledged its leadership role. He pointed that, the death is a huge loss to the legal profession, Nigeria and Kogi State in particular.

The late Justice is one of the finest jurists of his generation who brought tact, discipline, and sound judgments to the legal profession.

He prayed to God Almighty to comfort all who are bereaved, and to grant the soul of his departed Justice eternal rest in peace.
