Kogi Deputy Speaker congratulates Edward Onoja for his meritorious award as Commander of Igala Kingdom


The Deputy Speaker of Kogi State House of Assembly and member representing Ankpa 1 constituency, Rt. Hon. Ahmed Mohammed felicitates with Chief Edward David Onoja, the Chief of Staff to his Excellency the Governor of Kogi State on his recent conferment of award as Commander of Igala Kingdom by the Igala Cultural Development Association (ICDA)
On Saturday 7th September 2019, the apex Igala socio-cultural group, Igala Cultural Development Association (ICDA) confered on him a merit award for his selfless efforts and contributions to the growth and development of lgala Nation and ICDA

The Deputy Speaker who describe the chief of staff as a true son of Igala land, encouraged him to consolidate on his effort by doing more for the people of Igala land. He said Chief Onoja has within his short time in office as COS, bought robust development to his Local Govt area Olamaboro, and has dedicated himself to the service of Igalaland and people of wherever they are.

Residents of Ubelle/Allor Community Commend Kogi Deputy Speaker for Grading/Opening Abandoned road.

The Deputy Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly, who is also a member representing Ankpa 1 state constituency, Rt. Hon. Ahmed Mohammed has received commendations, prayers and words of encouragement from the people of Ubelle and Allor community, as equipments arrived and have started opening and grading of the major rural road. The road which passes from Ubelle to Allor has long been abandoned and not accessible. While visiting the communities that were badly affected by constant rainfall and erosion, the legislator assures the community that measures will be taken to ensure that, the major access road that link Ubelle to Allor which was long abandoned shall be open to make movement of their goods and other economic activities easier.
