Water for all: Hon. Ahmed Mohammed takes project to Emekutu Community

Honorable Ahmed Mohammed on his weekly constituency outreach program to communities in Ankpa 1, paid a visit to Emekutu community and was led by the Onu Emekutu, Alh. Hassan Shaibu to their only source of water for years. The Onu Emekutu while briefing the Deputy Majority Leader said that, the only water source they have is the one coming out of the rock, they had to build a reservoir and a channel with pipes so that the water can flow from the rock to the reservoir, then our people can fetch. He pleaded with the Honorable to come to their aid, and as a man who has demonstrated it right from his first day in office and also worried about the lingering water crisis in rural communities, immediately flagged-off for construction of a motorized borehole and also, paid for the completion of the building of the reservoir.

The Youth Leader, Mall Khalid Shaibu speaking on behalf of the youths describe Hon. Ahmed Mohammed as a leader that understand the plight of his people. He is a man that listen to cry of the youths. "We so much appreciate his effort and pray to Almighty Allah to guide and protect him for us. We assure him of our support and prayers anytime", he said.
