The legal team representing the Petitioners, led by Chief J.S. Okutepa SAN and including Shaibu Enejoh Aruwa SAN and other lawyers, passionately argued for the stay during today's hearing, expressing concern over the irreversible damage the Court of Appeal's orders would inflict on their clients. The hearing on the motion on notice has now been adjourned to March 11th, 2024.
